Kombucha scoby

$45.00

This Kombucha scoby has been in our family since 1991! We have been good stewards and carried on its legacy with the utmost care. The 200 pages of paperwork we received with it told about it history all the back to before Jesus. Kombucha has glucuronic acid producing bacteria, as well as acetic acid producing bacteria.  The glucuronic acid is the real powerhouse! It aids in digestion, packed full of probiotics, enzymes, and amino acids it can help your body turn the food you eat into real cellular nutrition.

We include a nice healthy scoby, with some starter tea, which is extra long fermented to help ensure a good starting colony. We also include large organic cotton tea bag big enough for 5 gallon brews. The high quality tea we include is a blend of two organic, loose leaf teas that help create a healthy robust colony!  There’s enough tea for upto 10 gallons of kombucha, and all you need is a glass jar (we recommend atleast 2 gallons), some spring water (enough to fill your jar), and some organic sugar (you can use white, or cane, white tends to be the favorite and nearly 100% is consumed and converted into the good stuff). We also include a starter guide to get you off to a strong start and help you understand kombucha better.
